In 2017, we moved to Colorado to become the exclusive installer for a local mobile home dealership. There, we honed our expertise in mobile home installations and site preparation, developing efficient systems and techniques that set us apart.
In 2019, the opportunity arose to bring our skills and dedication to Florida, and we didn’t hesitate. Now based in Cocoa, Florida, we proudly serve Brevard County and surrounding areas, helping homeowners and dealers achieve seamless mobile home installations.
The name “Montera” reflects our purpose—meaning “to install” in Swedish—and embodies the precision and care we bring to every project.
